About Height Gate
Height Gate, built as a farm in the 17th century and Grade II listed, sits just off the Pennine Way, high above the picturesque Calder Valley between Todmorden and Hebden Bridge.
Within one hour’s drive of Manchester, Preston, Bradford and Leeds it is perfect for groups wanting to explore the South Pennines. The area is crisscrossed with mountain bike trails and footpaths, the picturesque Rochdale Canal can be followed to either Todmorden or Hebden Bridge.
Available to hire on a sole use basis, the centre sleeps up to 32 across 4 rooms. Extra guests can be accommodated on camp beds and in tents within the 4 acres of grounds. The large barn space provides an excellent large indoor area ideal for larger gatherings and celebrations.
Prices start at £353 for a one night stay.
